Bilingual Korean Query Analyst is a full time position through HCL America, Inc. onsite at Google Pittsburgh. You will work to enhance users’ online shopping experience by analyzing the user query stream, and improving Google user search results using highly technical internal tools and processes. It is part of a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with operations and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate product attributes and fine-grained concepts mined from the query stream
● Analyze user search intent in online shopping
● Evaluating search results and making recommendations for improvement in accuracy of the results
● Analyzing and correcting synthetic (text-to-speech) phrases to make them more natural sounding
Requirements:
● A Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong academic record.
● Strong computer and internet navigation skills and natural comfort with technology. Ability to learn technical processes quickly.
● Native English proficiency
● Near-native Korean bilingual proficiency for both listening and writing fluency (spoken fluency is not required)
● Experience with online shopping.
