Our client, a global leader in e-business commerce networks is currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $17/hour
Position Overview: This position is the face and voice to customers, building relationships in each interaction.
Fluency with a foreign language is desirable. The following shifts are available based on language skills:
French fluency – Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Spanish fluency – Monday through Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm
Mandarin fluency – Sunday through Thursday, 7:00pm – 4:00am
English fluency only – Monday through Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm
Responsibilities of the Operations Support Specialist:
- Provide inbound application and functional support for all relevant applications, both internally and externally, by way of chat, web, and phone
- Resolve 80% of issues without escalation
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Successfully documents all requests through internal system while adhering to all established procedures
- Ensure that individual performance meets or exceeds department standards
Qualifications of the Operations Support Specialist:
- Technical aptitude with knowledge in computer hardware and software applications along with experience using the internet
- Customer focused with high level of stress tolerance
- Superior communication and telephone skills
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude
- Ability to adapt support style to align with the technical capabilities of the customer
- Previous customer service experience strongly desired
