职位内容:
1. 运用专业&职业测评对学生进行职业发展定位;进行专业和职业的目标匹配;
2. 对不同年龄层的学生进行有侧重的个性化教育及职业发展计划;
3. 对学生进行职业能力培训及持续指导服务;
4. 开发北美合作机构、职业发展导师资源;
5. 开发培训产品与市场配合进行产品投放宣传。岗位要求:
1. 有在求职培训企业、求职平台、或国际留学教育机构经历者优先;
2. 有职业咨询行业资源,或有产品开发及市场渠道经验者优先;
3. 有较强的英文读写能力、团队协作和组织能力;
4. 专业要求 (美国硕士学位者优先):教育、人力资源管理、市场、营销、商业、咨询、心理;

We are now recruiting Career Counselor & Product Manager to guide students, integrate career development plans into academic life, and help students steadily find their career path.
Job content: 1. Use major & career assessment to position students for career development; match major and career goals; 2. Carry out personalized education and career development plans for students of different ages; 3. Provide vocational ability training and continuous guidance services for students; 4. Develop resources for North American cooperative organizations and career development mentors; 5. Develop training products and cooperate with the market to promote product launches.
Job requirements: 1. Those who have experience in job training companies, job search platforms, or international education institutions are preferred; 2. Those who have professional consulting industry resources, or have experience in product development and market channels are preferred; 3. Have strong English reading and writing skills, teamwork and organization skills; 4. Professional requirements (U.S. master degree is preferred): education, human resource management, marketing, marketing, business, consulting, psychology; 5. More than 3 years of experience is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
